i have just a little over 800yds which won’t be enough to finish the pattern but i’ll go as far as i can then switch to salmon but i may stop short of completing the whole pattern - we shall see:)

this is a baby blanket so i want it to be smaller. i knit to rnd 125 opted not to do the repeats which would have added 15 more rnds.

finished measures - 4.5ft across
yarn - 1300+ yds total (800+ yds mint & approx 500 yds salmon)

BO: a hybrid /combo, using elements from the picot & russian bo methods

• k1, (k1 leaving the st on the lf needle instead of dropping it, slip the new st back onto the lf i.e.a ‘knit increase’, then k these 2 st through-the-back. you’ll have 2 st on the rt needle, knit these 2 st ‘through-the-back’)
• i like this BO because it’s stretchy and creates little ‘nupps’ or ‘pearls’ see 4th/close-up pict
