Really nice pattern, I definitely enjoyed it. I wanted a large shawl so I did all of the 70 rows of feather-and-fan. It didn’t turn out quite as large as I wanted, but it was hard to tell how large it would be from the unfinished shawl.

I used a 3-stitch applied i-cord bind off, because I was concerned that all of the loops would catch on things when I wore it. Because of how firm i-cord tends to be, I was worried that it would end up too tight, so I went up a needle size and was careful to do the bind off pretty loosely.

Yarn is just gorgeous, the deepness of the color is to die for. Quite soft and generally nice to work with.
