Decided to frog these - I like the colorway and I like the pattern well enough, but they didn’t work well together. Definitely using a more plain colorway for the pattern and doing a stockinette sock with the yarn.

I am very amused by this colorway - it’s pretty much the exact colors of the Detroit Lions football team. Apparently I’m making team socks without meaning to. :)

So far I’m liking the pattern okay. More to the point, I like the middle section but I’m not particularly enamored with the lines of lace that go up the sides. Don’t think I’ll add them to the back of the sock once I get to the leg.
