Movies watched during this project: About Time (second watch, still like this one), Tenet (the most Nolan movie I’ve ever watched), The Kindergarten Teacher (complex!), The Transporter 3 (how the mighty have fallen), The Life of Brian (finally starting to figure out who each talent is), The Expendables (yeesh, this would’ve been so much better with a plot), Downsizing (solid sci-fi), Don’t Look Up (painfully accurate in its satire), This is 40 (meandering and over-long, but with great performances from Mann and Rudd, as usual), The Lost Daughter (Colman was great, but this story was otherwise ugh for me -- I don’t think I like “thrillers”), The Forbidden Kingdom (Yay! A good action movie!), Paul (which was a good), Margin Call (very meh)

Dec 26/22: c.o. today. Should have given myself enough time to complete this in time for kp’s birthday. Already nearing completion on one repeat.

Dec 27/22: second repeat done.

Dec 28/22: third repeat done, have begun the fourth.

Dec 29/22: was able to complete a fourth repeat last night and haven’t started knitting yet today. Update: completed my fifth repeat.

Dec 31/22: sixth and one-third repeat completed yesterday. Will have to see how timing works out today in terms of whether or not I can finish at least the seventh repeat.

Jan 1/23: Happy New Year! It took fortean effort, but I was able to complete the seventh repeat yesterday. I was asleep by 11. Update: half-done with 34g remaining of the white and 54g remaining of the blue.

Jan 2/23: was able to get 10 rounds in to the 9th repeat last night.

Jan 3/23: 2 repeats and 18 rounds done yesterday; am just 2 rounds away from being done 11 repeats in total. Update: made it to 12 repeats, 6 rounds today.

Jan 5/23: made it to 14 rounds completed as of yesterday evening, and 15 rounds today to complete the knitting! Still have to graft the ends together, but have plenty of time left in the day, so will probably get to it tonight.

Jan 6/23: very blurry FO pic up, but I think it conveys what I’ve got going on here quite nicely. What can I say? I’m a sucker for this motif.
