• perfect opportunity to try this yarn - not the LBA hand dyed version tho which means this is a very budget friendly cardi
• enjoyable knit, the cable pattern is interesting but not difficult and it moved along quite nicely
• no embroidery for me - bright pink and sparkly buttons is enough…and I’d just stress about trying to make them all look the same
• added an inch to the body length as usual and made the sleeves full length

The yarn…

• budget friendly as I’ve mentioned!
• really enjoyed knitting with it - nice twist and cables really pop
• but it’s not soft
• I don’t think it’s itchy scratchy and I do think it’s wearable but the lack of softness (not rustic more hardwearing) doesn’t fill me with joy when I touch it so I am not sure
• the colour is amazing tho
