Used a circular needle, but worked it flat, because of the length of my cast on (180). I also used a stretchy lace bind off to match the looseness of the garter stitch. I would definitely use a smaller needle next time. The 13 gave this a lacy feel. I did like the way the ombre played next to the navy.
