Yay for the Miss Click Clack Tri-Colour Block Sock KAL!

I’m using my 2.5mm HiyaHiya Sharps 9” circular for the first time to see if that gets a better gauge than the 2.25mm (it was denser than my usual gauge on DPNs).

Cast on 64s with the Old Norwegian cast on.

15 rounds of 2x2 rib in C3.

Switch colours to knit 8 rounds in C1 then 4 rounds in C2. When changing colours, knit the first round and on the first stitch of the second round pick up the stitch below the first stitch and knit in to the two stitches together.

I used an Eye of Partridge heel flap stitch pattern (18 x 2 rows, ending on WS row) then did the heel turn with 10-12-10 stitches continuing the stitch pattern.

In the end, my gauge was good on the 2.5mm 9” circular but I can’t see myself using it for anything other than stockinette socks (although I was getting speedier on them which is nice).
