Construction
Cast on 24 st with Judy’s magic cast on, increasing 4 st every second round until I had 56 st.

Fish Lips Kiss Heel.

7” up from the corner of the fish lips kiss heel I did the following increases on my 4 needles:
I: k to 1 st from end, M1R, k
II: k, M1L, k to end
III: k to 1 st from end, M1R, k
IV: k, M1L, k to end (total of 60 st in the round)

1” later I repeated the above increases (total of 64 st in the round).

1” later I began a k2 p2 rib for 10 rows.
