Gran made me.

Fun pattern. Took me waaaaaaaaaay longer to knit than it should have. I tinked it once and switched up to 6’s. That made a huge difference to the drape and feel of the fabric. Otherwise, I’m just a slow knitter. Other things have demanded my attention.

This yarn was a gorgeous gift from a dear friend, and I LOVE IT. It is woolly and warm and solid and beautiful. This is yarn that will hold up to wear and soften with each washing.

The only modification I made to the pattern was to slip the first stitch of each row.

Unblocked measurements: 58” x 14”
Blocked measurements: 69.5” x 12”

So. This seriously enlengthenated with blocking. I figured it would, but it makes it…interesting…wearing it as a scarf doing that tying thing.
