7/4/12 - Swatching now. Because yarn is cotton/linen, it has no “give”, and therefore, I’m having trouble knitting lace pattern.

8/7/12 - Weaving ends today. I still need to get some coordinating ribbon for the neck opening.

Yarn splits easily, not fun working lace with it. But the drape is really nice, the color perfect for summer. I’m glad there are still a few weeks left in the summer where I can wear this pretty sweater.

8/9/12 - I used a very sheer ribbon to weave through the neckline eyelet round and tied it in the back. But as I was photographing this sweater, I realized I could wear this top with the ribbon knot in the front as well. So depending on my mood, I’ll decide.
