Notes

09/22 - Off the needles and ready for a bubble bath!

08/06 - Eye stroke on 8/01 is delaying me knitting this shawl. (230)

07/29 - Knitting every chance I get. The beads are beautiful with the blue yarn! Wish I could speed up my knitting but I’m being careful so I don’t have to tink these long rows. (708)

07/25 - Only had knitting time today for one row, hopefully more time tomorrow. I’d forgotten how much I love beading! (1247)

07/24 - Adding beads every other RS row. Beading every row looked crowded to me. Lots of tinking to get the look I want, and so worth it! I’m not in a hurry to finish the shawl, I just want to enjoy the process.

07/23 - Clue 5! Ripped back the first few rows, I want to add some bling! I should have enough beads, but just in case I ordered more (from Aura Crystals). (648)

Miyuki Triangle 5 (1157)

07/21 - Clue 4 finished. (1026)

C - 46g rem/37g used

07/16 - Clue 4! Stitches doubled, I’m in love with C!

I just realized I’ve been knitting with US5, changing now to US6. (1027)

07/14 - Finished Clue 3. I’m so happy that I’m keeping up with the MKAL, especially since I’m a slow knitter! (1000)

B - 40g rem/30g used

07/13 - Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mom! heart
(1141)

07/09 - Clue 3! I’m loving the star stitch!
(1201)

07/08 - Clue 2 finished. I’m not too sure about my mod, but I’m not ripping back. I added the eyelet row in Color A ending with 152 rows instead of 150. (1029)

A - 70g rem/28g used
B - 70g rem/8g used
C - 83g rem/8g used

07/07 - Completed clue per pattern, but I’m not fond of 4 stripes on top and 3 below the eyelets. Tink to do a mod so there are 4 stripes on both sides of eyelet row. (1077)

07/06 - (1214)

07/04 - This is easily my favorite MKAL. I love the textures and lace, and am looking forward to the next clue. Still have several rows to go on Clue 2. (1103)

Happy 11th Birthday, Mali! heartfeetfeetballoon

07/03 - Row 120 completed. Knitting slowly to save my wrists and enjoying every minute!

(1085) new cases in Dallas

07/02 - Stitchmarkers starting in Row 111. Row repeats are 17 stitches. Missed a stitch. face_with_rolling_eyes Tink.

Clue 2 released. Finished the second row, 262 sts OTN. I hope my CTS stays quiet.

06/29 - Clue 1 completed.

A - 98g rem/3g used
B - 78g rem/23g used
C - 91g rem/10g used

06/27 - After much tinking because I wasn’t paying attention, 72 rows are completed. I’ll be ready for Clue 2 in a couple of days. This is hard to put down!

06/25 - After a day filled with errands, it’s 7pm and time to cast on!
