Changes to pattern

Only used pattern instructions for bottom, improvised from there. Changed to smaller hook at the top net section so it keeps its shape better, then added a solid border and handles.

Originally I wanted to make the tuck-away part but wanted to be finished with the project after such a long time.

Very happy with the result though. Seems to be the perfect size and shape. Even fits my mannequin as a fashionable hat. (See photo)

I broke my hook’s handle while working on this and after a couple of attempts to fix it, I gave up and bought a new one. By that time the project had been tucked away (… pun intended) somewhere and I had forgotten where. When I found it, the printed pattern had got lost.That’s why it took so long to get back to it.
