Notes

I’m a bad crocheter, but this surprisingly came out right. I used my nice Karbonz DPNs to get gauge and because they’re my favorites. Can switch to 16” circular once you have 80 total stitches.

Rounds 11 and 12: After Round 11, I had 10 stitches on each of 4 needles. Pattern does not give a stitch count, but it is 60.

To get from 60 to 72 in Round 12 requires addition of 8 stitches to each group of 10.

After 11, each needle looks like k, Yo, yo, yo, k, k, yo, yo, yo, k. Twice.

In 12, it looks like they expect all 8 increases to take place only in the yos. It only shows the possibility of getting 6. Here is what I did in each set of 10:
K, yo, k, yo, k, yo, k, yo, k / k, yo, k, yo, k, yo, k, yo, k.
Each set of 10 is two sets of 5, bookended by knits with 3 yos in the center.you are turning each set of 5 into 9.

In the bindoff, you’re not slipping that first stitch to the right needle, but rather to a crochet hook to begin your first single crochet.
