I needed a hat for my little nephew … saw a beautiful knit one by another lady, so this is my crochet version.

It does need a little something at the top …… tried the icord , but its off centre.

Oh first time using merino …. will use again but perhaps not this brand (wendy) as it did unravel a bit for crochet.

This pattern is now a staple and made several more. Green hat is KOIGU PPPM and feels soft and great with great elastic fit for a hat.
