It came out way too big with an I hook. Works on a magnum bottle.

I didn’t follow the scarf pattern because I didn’t want to have to weave in so many ends with the color changes. The scarf was made by chaining 42 and hdc in second chain from hook and across. Turn.
Change color and hdc across.
Finish off.
Add fringe.
