Time for new winter mitts for the Blossom.Her little hands get very cold.
I love this pattern. It is so simple to make yet looks impressive and fits little hands snugly.

I thought the thumbhole stitches were too loose so I did an extra slip stitch there, but when I tried the mitts on Blossom, the thumbhole was too tight so i should have left it as it was!
Now I need to undo the stitches back to the thumbhole and correct this.

I made another pair from turquoise yarn, for Blossom. She loves her mitts, so I thought that I’d better make a spare pair.
