Love this sweater.

I eliminated the triangle motif at the front neck as it looked out of place to me.

I took the advice of Re-De about the wide neck opening and followed instructions for casting on for the XS and followed those instructions until raglan Increase set 1.

Then to increase from XL to size L:

Increase Set 1:
Knit rounds 1-3 total 8 times (275 total, 52 on sleeves)

Increase Set 2:
Knit rounds 1-2 total 11 times (363 total, 74 on sleeves)

Increase set 3:
Knit rounds 102 total 5 times (383 total, 74 on sleeves)

To avoid the severe rolling of the hem, I switched to size 3 needles and did a reverse stocking stitch rolled hem:

• purl 5 rounds
• bind off in purl

This yarn is absolutely GORGEOUS and has a lovely drape. However, the kit I received had 2 balls of the pink that were relatively close in color, and 1 ball that was NOTICEABLY much darker. I alternated skeins with the first two to about 2/3 of the body, then saved some to alternate for the sleeves. I then alternated one lighter and one darker until the start of the stranded work. I divided all remaining colors into two balls each to be able to make the sleeves match. Once at the stranded portion I continued with only the darker pink. For the sleeves, I went back and alternated the two lighter colors to about 2/3 of the sleeve, then dropped one lighter and picked up the darker pink and alternated until the bind off. It definitely is noticeable in the sweater, but gives a sort of ombre effect that isn’t unpleasant.
