I did the leaf in another color by intarsia.

For the heel and strap, I picked up 11 stitches centered on the heel, then cast on 14 (opposite sides for each bootie). I worked in seed stitch for 2 rows, then did a yo and k2tog 3 stitches before the end, worked another row then cast off in pattern.
