Cast on Opening Day, with the following rules:

64 stitches in a provisional cast-on in the round, on a size 6 16” circ.

Every home win = 2 rounds of orange
Every away win = 2 rounds of black
Every loss = 1 round of white.

Every game of the San Francisco Giants 2014 season has a stripe, and there’s a special black/orange colorwork stripe for Tim Lincecum’s no-hitter. I held together a gold crochet thread with the yarn for the World Series game stripes.

Once every game stripe had been knitted, the two ends of the tube were grafted together.
