8th Aug 2013: I haven’t used kidsilk haze before, although I’ve heard so much about it.
It’s a beautiful colour- perfect for autumn/winter, and it’s a lovely but easy pattern.

20th Aug: On hold for a short while as I have a birthday deadline for my frosted leaves.

11th Jan 2014(!): Resuming…
It’s my Auntie’s birthday in 10 days. Let’s see if I can get it done.

16th: Uh-oh - Problem! I can’t find my second ball of ksh! Where on earth did I put it?????!!!!!
17th: Seriously, I have looked absolutely everywhere, and I just can’t find it. I don’t need to do a huge amount more either. How very annoying, I’ll have to make a different gift.

Into hibernation until it turns up…….

Nov 2016: Just found this in the back of a cupboard nearly three years later, and I think it’s safe to say that the missing yarn isn’t going to materialise!
So, I decided to kitchener together what I had knitted with one skein, and it makes a loose but warm luxury cowl.
I just wish it was slightly longer, although it’s very wearable.
