My row gauge is never exact, so I didn’t follow the number of rows given in the pattern, which means that the body and sleeves have more rows than specified so it wouldn’t be too short.

A note for the people who are confused about chart B: row 1 starts at 19 stitches; the empty boxes are “no stitch” so just pretend they aren’t there and do 9 purls in the middle. Then in rows 3 and 4 you increase by 2 stitches in each row, so now the count is 23 stitches. Then in row 27, you decrease by 4 stitches bringing the count back down to 19 for the next few rows until you increase again in row 3 of the next repetition.
