Instead of casting off two stitches for the buttonholes, I only cast off one stitch, so I would have smaller buttonholes and could use smaller buttons. My math was a little off in figuring this out, so the top two buttons are closer together than the other buttons--I’m hoping this actually looks like an intentional design feature!
