Remind me to start the next shawl ON THE LONG SIDE. The last few rows were neverending.

The edging is also a bit daunting, although it progresses quickly, especially by comparison with knitting the body, I mean.

Anyway. I do love how this is coming out, and I loved it since the first stitches. I wanted a shawl very much, and choosing this pattern was the right thing for this yarn.

So yes, knitting big shawls in garter is a biiiiit boring, even if you do appreciate mindless knitting like I do. But what did I expect? I won’t complain… but I will be very, very happy when it’s done, that’s for sure.

Rrrrright. I guess it’s my YOs at beg of row that are to blame, but I just can’t get the edging on the sides to look nice. It’s ugly and clumsy, so I’m going to have to give it a miss. Shame, but oh well, it’s still very pretty with just the edging on top.

So it’s finished, yay! My shawl is finished! Hurrah! 2 months it’s taken me! Never again! …Until next time I guess ;o)
