Love love love this project. Simple but interesting enough, with the addition of the picots, that I wasn’t bored to tears. Fantastic tv watching knitting.

Didn’t use as much yarn as I expected it to (only about half the skein!) but I probably could have stood to use a size smaller needles. Still, the drape is nice, it still looks solid (not too holey) and the finished object is so wearable and attractive.

What I love the most about it, though, is how well it shows off the beautifully hand dyed Hedgehog Fibers yarn. It lets the colors do most of the work. The pattern doesn’t drown out the colors, and the colors don’t overwhelm the pattern.
