Knit two pairs as Christmas presents, forgot to take pictures of the finished mittens. Fudged a little to make slightly different his&hers sizes, and supplemented with some grey cuffs to have enough navy yarn to finish both pairs. Nice pattern, inevitably a little loose around the cables, so this is not extreme-cold-mittens. I like the look of the slightly fuzzy mittens of the original pattern better than the smooth superwash, but no matter!
