First time with a short row toe and I think I may have found a rival to Judy’s Magic Cast-On! Provisional cast on using the cable of a circular needle is much better than using scrap yarn.

Test knit finished Aug. 19, 2011. Now working on its mate for mom! Renamed project, inspired by colorway name.

3.21.12: 6 patt rpts for foot and 7 rpts for leg before starting cuff.
