Notes

Spun on an Ashford Traditional. Surprised at the amount of yards I got and thought I would just keep on knitting until I ran out of yarn. I thought I’d struggle to get another pattern repeat in, but actually, I’d have managed.

Thanks to the lovely Babylonglegs for the floof, purchased at Fibre Flurry in 2011. I loved it when I saw it and only got round to spinning it this year. I was saving the yarn for something special.

I spun it, two plied it and then I saw this pattern and the yarn spoke to me and told me it wanted to be knitted into this.

It’s so big that I call it my cape of awesome. Because it is awesome and I luffs it. It looks heavier than it is.

Just checked and it’s the chocolate candy colourway. I’m using the ravulous app so I can’t edit the project on my phone for some reason.
