The Mr wanted socks for Christmas, but wanted really long socks, so I decided that the best way to do them would be to do toe up, 2 at a time socks.

That way I could use 2 balls of yarn at the same time and make sure that I just kept on knitting rib (adding in a few increases for his calf - 2 stitches every 10 rows). When I’d used nearly all of the yarn, I cast off using the stretchy bind off suggested.

I quite enjoyed doing 2 at a time as I knew that they’d both be the right size and the increases would be at the same place on each sock.
