CO 96 sts using the Chinese Waitress cast-on. Glad I did a few extra stitches, as it definitely would have been too snug otherwise - the first time I wore it, I ended up with a line across my forehead where the brim sat, haha. It’s stretched out nicely with a few wears, though, and I love it!

TFA’s Purewash yarns are amazing and are a pure joy to knit with. This colourway was a total impulse buy during the 2016 Boxing Day update - it’s really stunning. It’s pretty neutral, but in sunlight the pink undertones really stand out.
