Doing another quick test knit for Tamy!

October 22
I worked up about 3/4 of section 1 on size US8s before I decided I didn’t like the fabric/tension I was getting. My yarn overs were massive and sloppy, and I just wasn’t happy with how it looked. So I ripped it all out and started over again on size US7s. Much better! I’ve completed section 1 now (the pattern knits up very quick!), but I need to take a break -- knitting with black/charcoal is hard on the eyes.

October 23
Halfway done, and so far so good! I haven’t run into any issues with the pattern yet. Woo!

Making good progress still. (FYI self, you’re on row 14.)

Done! Just needs blocking & photos. I didn’t run into any errors with the pattern, and it really was a quick, easy knit.
