I made this sweater from top down with 90 sts starting with the turtleneck rather than picking up stitches from the edge later. The short rows were knitted at the end of turtleneck using larger circular needles and worked according to instructions with increase for raglan. Since, my yarn was a bit finer I recalculated stitches in the pattern for 16 sts by 20 rows in 4’’. My daughter wanted slim sleeves so I decreased 5 times 2 sts in every 6th row before the ribbing.
