Regarding yarn chosen. Love the feel of the yarn but it is too heavy for the pattern; really hangs with the weight.

9 June: To get gauge had to go down from pattern suggested US 8 to a US 5. The cap sleeves have worked up super quick and they make an excellent gauge swatch for the lace portion.

Working the Wide Rib on back--very boring--I keep thinking how much I’ll enjoy wearing the completed project.

Good Grief! June 2018– 4 years later was a really boring knit BUT all that is left is seaming up the sides and attaching the sleeves.

Good grief March 2020 and I’ve finally finished side seams hopefully I’ll finish seaming in the sleeves this month. My gosh I finished!
