I crocheted semicircles, and then stuffed them with old crap yarn.

Pattern Row 1: made 8 SCs using the magic ring, then joined the first to the last with a slip stitch. 8 stitches
Row 2: 2 SC in each SC around. Slip stitched the first stitch of the round to the last. 16 stitches
Row 3: SC, 2SC in next stitch. Repeat around. Slip stitch last stitch to first stitch of round. 24 stitches
Rows 4 - 7: SC in each SC around. Slip stitch final stitch of round to first stitch. 24 stitches After Row 7, cut yarn and thread tail through final slip stitch.
