CO 12 sts per needle, increase by YO and then in the next round knitting the YO as a twisted stitch.
Repeat with increases every other row until 60 sts on the needle. Knit one round plain before starting on Dragonfly pattern.

Six repeats of the pattern on the instep before starting the heel.

Boomerang heel knit in CC over 30 sts.
After the heel, continue in pattern over front and back of leg. Another six repeats of the pattern on the leg before starting on the cuff.
