I’ve adjusted the pattern quite a bit.

CO 75 sts.
After the cuff, knit 1 more round in MC to decrease to 72 sts evenly.
Start first chart with CC
After finishing chart, knit one round in MC to increase back to 75 sts.

Knit three rounds purl 1, knit 3, purl 1
Continue in cuff coffeebeans pattern for 10 beans

Start heel flap
Knit heel
Decrease until 72 sts remain.
Continue the foot until desired length.
Decrease every second row 5 times.
Then decrease every round until 2x 12 sts remain.
Graft the toe closed with a kitchener stitch.
