Notes

Actually did a tension square. Really need to de-stress myself so doing some knitting after a mega long break.

Just knitting this “as and when” so slow to finish it but if I had the time it would have been a quick project!

I had bought two of the huge balls of wool but didn’t even start the second one. It is very stretchy with the rib so if I knit it again will go down a size.

I did add 4 inches onto the length as I’m not keen on short jumpers and I may wear it with a belt. (Even with the extra length I still only used one ball of yarn!)

The pattern was quite simple but I did have a problem and this is more from the way I hold the needles I think. Most of the top is knitted on circular needles in stocking stitch and K1, P1 rib which was fine until I divided for the armholes and started knitting backwards and forwards and then there is a noticeable line in the rib where the circular knitting ended. As I say this is my fault and probably without noticing I twist the rib stitches differently when I knit in the round. You can probably see the line in the final pics but hey ho I’m still happy with it and it’s very warm and comfy. I now need a project to use the other big ball up!
