This pattern is available in several sizes on my website. (6 months, 12 months, 2 years, 3 years). I have also updated the pattern to make a few minor changes that improved the overall pattern.

The dress is worked in the round from the bottom up until you get to the back button/buttonhole opening. Then it is worked in rows. The anchor and diamond motifs are cross-stitched onto the bottom scallops.
