The eyelash yarn is knitted along with the main yarns for the neckband, cuffs and bottom band and for the 3 stitch front bands. I usually cast on 37-39 stitches for a larger neck and adjust the increases in the yoke to end up with the right number of stitches for adding the sleeves.

It was such fun to make a frou frou girl’s sweater. I usually make these sweaters for a charity which needs boy sweaters more than girl sweaters and wishes to not offend any cultural beliefs as to what each gender should wear.
