Following original chart

Used crochet cast on so that I can use the matching standard knitted bind off … both ends will look identical.

Unintentionally modified right out of the gate by missing the instruction to knit two rows before starting chart, so mine goes straight from cast-on to first chart row; by the time I realized this had happened I was damned if I was going to rip out that many rows and start over … and I doubt that a mere two rows in yarn this thin would do much to combat rolling anyway. And I quite like how it looks the way it is. Will be sure to bind off right at chart end to match.

Sept. 2015: this ended up in the neglected pile for a while; now working on it again during coffee breaks at work and it has been growing fast.
