A Möbius strip is a surprising object; it’s a surface with only one edge and one side.

This chain consists of 20 interlinked Möbius strips. It was created using the Maths Craft “Crocheting a Möbius Strip” handout using the continuous loop construction method. Each Möbius strip is made from 8ply yarn and was started with a foundation chain of 40 stitches and then crocheted using double-crochet stitch for 4 “rows”. The Möbius strips were joined together as they were made.
