First hat I ever made - totally easy! I had a lot of yarn left over after making the “Virginia Tech Fan Scarf” so I decided to try a matching hat. I added more rows than the pattern calls for after the orange stripe since I was using a less bulky yarn. I also added a row of single crochet edging at the bottom. I think this would look really cute with a pom-pom on top as well!
