I cast this on last night and did the entire yoke while watching Buffy and Angel with Mr Jupe. It was nice to get all the increases done so quickly. I should get a lot of the stockinette done today and hopefully the cable band done today. It would be nice to have just the skirt portion left.

The yarn I got is a beautiful watermelon pink. It’s not pale and pastelly, nor is it knockout fuschia. I love the shade.

Update: The Bodice is done. Time to start on the skirt.

Update: The dress is finished, other than weaving in ends, but there are some embellishments I want to add.

All finished. I used part of the flower pattern, Abloom.

I have a lot of yarn left, so I think I’ll try to make a little floppy sun hat to go with it. Pics of that later when I finish it up.
