My little buddy is going on her big journey and I want to make a cowl that captures her softness, sweetness, and gorgeous coloring.

February 21, 2018: this was our last day together. I adopted her on February 2, 2013 so we had five glorious years (1,845 days) full of cuddles, pets, and great discussions (she was quite a talkative gal). I was able to cast on and knit a few rows with her on my lap and next to my feet.

Modified pattern a bit to make small stripes in green and pink, rather than following the contrast color instructions.
