Freeform wall hanging made with various leftover yarns, in garter stitch with German short rows and color stranding, improvised as I allowed it to evolve.

Some parts worked compositionally, some not as much, but I’m pleased with it overall and learned from the experience.

Cast on 70 sts with mostly worsted or Aran weights.
4-stitch icord bind off for dowel which turned out to be two bamboo straight needles. Temporary mounting works for now.
18x18” after blocking.
