No changes to the pattern.
Both took exactly the same amount of yarn, surprisingly!
Both yarns are 300m/100g, so slightly heavier than the standard 4ply used in the original pattern.

Blocking, they both measure 45” wingspan, 7.5” wide.
This is longer than the pattern measurements, probably due to the stretchy Merilan yarn. They should be the perfect length to wrap around, middle at the front, and still tie…

I love the subtle colour changes in Transitions. I did wonder whether the long colour change sequence would be suitable for such a small project, but I really like the way they’ve turned out.
