I got perfect gauge with 4.5mm, which surprised me as the recommended needle is 5.5mm. I think the slubby nature of the yarn means it knits up looser.

When working the 3 needle bind off for the shoulders, I made sure that I did the bind off in the same direction on both, starting with the back of the body facing and working across the shoulders. I wanted the purl bumps to show at the front, I love the look on that side of the bind off as it goes with the purled body.

I’m seriously impressed with this yarn, it blocks well, and is so light, soft, and warm. And it goes a long way with 300m/100g.
