I had some Sultano Fine in stash, and was looking for a pattern with this gauge to use it up.
I made size 2, with stitch counts exactly to pattern apart from making the body longer (11.5” from underarm to ribbing, plus 2.5” of ribbing).
I left out the slip stitch side seams, and made a purl stitch instead (to hide the jog between colour changes)

I used all of the Raisin colour, with just 1.5m left.
I have 30g of the Sangria left.
I wish I’d had enough to make the sleeve cuffs longer, but the sleeves themselves are long enough.
I also had to leave off the iCord at the hem to save yarn.
I love this yarn, it’s as soft as can be, and the sweater is so light, only 170g

Lovely pattern, and so easy.

Now it just needs blocking…
Measurements before blocking:
Bust, 41”
Bottom of neck to hem, at back, 21”
Inside sleeve, 18.5”
Measurements after blocking:
Bust, 41”
Bottom of neck to hem, at back, 22”
Inside sleeve, 18.5”

I had just enough of the Sangria to make a mini ribbed scarf to match, nothing wasted…and it feels divine around my neck!
