My gauge ended up being a little bit off, so I increased as directed until the correct width, which was 5” less length than it should have been at the halfway point, so I then knit without increasing or decreasing for 10” before working the decreases. Less of a shawl, more of a scarf, and I like that it doesn’t have a point in the middle.
