Lovely pattern and very well explained. I like the way the diamond pattern runs along the raglan shaping. Very clean lines and looking good in this yarn too.

Chose this tutorial, Knitting Daily TV: tubular cast-on which is beautifully explained by Eunny Jang.

My only worry is that I am doing the wrong size, especially as apart from the front panel the rest is in rib which may loosen. I am doing a 42 for a 41 inch chest and maybe I should have done a 39 as other ravellers FO look very nice when they are fitted.

I have done a tubular bind off hoping that it will be just stretchy enough for sons’ neck without being too tight. So tricky when model is not here.

Finished and it looks really good. Will post it to son unblocked and hope that 1. it fits and 2. I will get a foto in return ahahahah

surprise …so I did get a foto in return;). It is a little on the tight size (someone forgot to tell me that he has gained a few kilos) but I have been told that this yarn will grow with blocking, same applies for the rib pattern across the back.
