Even better than I imagined! This is a lovely pattern for a really flattering FO with subtle details that make it special, like the short rows just above the cuffs and along the back edge.
As I used a laceweight yarn I made a slightly larger size but it wasn’t really necessary because I got gauge anyway (should have checked that first) For the same reason I picked up too many stitches along the neck edge which made it gape nastily so I remade the neck border exactly as per pattern and it is perfect.
I started to make the short version but with the help of my new toy, precision scales, I knit a long version with bracelet sleeves…..great for spring.

The fabric seems so light and delicate that I will not soak block this as I want to be sure to wear it at least a few times before I manage to felt/shrink/ break it.
